Questions about lower back pain

Can back pain really be treated online?

Yes. Over 80% of low-back pain is mechanical and responds to guided movement, strengthening and habit change — all of which we deliver live on video. If we suspect something that needs hands-on care or imaging, we tell you immediately and can arrange a home visit.

Do I need an MRI first?

Usually not. Imaging often shows 'findings' that are normal with age and don't explain pain. Your physiotherapist will flag any red flags during your free consultation.
